Job Description
The Executive Compensation Lead role will report directly to the Global Head of Reward and will be responsible for NED, Board and Senior Leadership remuneration, working closely with key stakeholders and external advisors to:
Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary and equity-based compensation plans for the organisation's senior leaders.
Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of executive compensation against industry peers to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
