Working with a prestigious portfolio of listed and privately owned businesses, you will advise boards, remuneration committees, and senior executives on complex executive reward and governance matters.

This role sits within a specialist Executive Compensation team and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile engagements involving board remuneration, incentive design and implementation, governance, investor engagement, and executive pay strategy. You will collaborate closely with specialists across reward, share schemes, mobility, tax, and benefits disciplines to deliver market-leading advice to clients.
