We are expanding our cross-regional EMEA Executive Compensation Advisory Consulting team and are seeking a Consultant to join our practice. This role is part of Aon’s wider Human Capital Solutions advisory practice. The Executive Compensation team is part of Aon’s wider Human Capital Solutions advisory practice.
Our team advises clients across key sectors, including life sciences, financial services (including FinTech), technology, as well as retail, healthcare, and energy/renewables. We support clients with best in class compensation data, drawn from Aon’s Radford McLagan Compensation Database and other proprietary sources.
We are seeking candidates with compensation/reward experience, gained in consulting, multiple in-house reward roles, or a mix of both, who can lead large executive compensation survey and also support broader executive compensation advisory work. The role blends hands-on survey p...
