PURPOSE

The Executive / Senior
Executive - Client Engagement at Holiday Tours is responsible for
delivering exceptional customer service, retaining existing
clients, building a new client base, and achieving sales targets.
This role is crucial in identifying business opportunities,
developing new accounts, and contributing to the overall objectives
of the business unit. The Client Engagement will ensure that
customer interactions align with Holiday Tours' high standards,
ultimately optimizing performance and driving business
growth.
