Duties:
To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management. Responsible for the general supervision of the Chinese Kitchen and Chinese food served in Banquet functions.
 Requirements:
To constantly be physically involved in all phases of the daily operation requirements
To co-ordinate, in detail on the Restaurant Banquet / food production, and all specific duties to all Sous Chefs and employees under his supervision
