As an Executive Chef at our restaurant in Lahore, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high quality food and service. You will lead a team of chefs and cooks, creating innovative menus and maintaining top standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a creative menu that meets the tastes and preferences of our clientele.
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Train, supervise, schedule, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies accordingly to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions.
