**Role Overview**

**Sodexo** is seeking an **Executive Chef** for **UC Health Medical Center** in **Cincinnati, OH.** The Executive Chef will manage all culinary operations for this hospital's patient feeding program. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in safety, sanitation, and managing frontline staff and developing large teams in a high-volume kitchen environment. **Patient trayline experience is a huge plus!**

**What You'll Do**

+ implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for patient dining program
+ manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff
+ procurement and purchasing
+ create menus
+ create interpersonal relationships with client
