Description
This role will be responsible to handle all job functions of Business Development effectively and efficiently.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. To assist in sourcing and identifying suitable development lands for joint venture or acquisition.
2. To conduct site analysis on new development land proposals recommended by real estate agents/introducers for Management’s further consideration.
3. To compile information of the proposed development lands i.e. land matters, development guidelines, surrounding market studies and etc.
4. To prepare project financial feasibility study on the proposed development lands.
