Executive, Brewing & Processing

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive, Brewing & Processing . The role is responsible for overseeing yeast management, driving hygiene control for designated plant zones, and managing the fermentation control process. This role ensures accurate process monitoring, strict adherence to quality standards, and seamless execution of brewing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Brewing process includes material intake, material transfer, brewing operation (BOTEC and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system), additives addition, Clean-In-Place (CIP) of brewing vessels and process lines, while supporting the Senior Executive when necessary.
• Daily temperature recording and fermentation plato analysis.
• Fermentation record with yeast management:
  • Plato, Bitterness Unit (BU), color, Vicinal Diketones (VDK), alcohol.
