2. Analyze technical weightage, evaluation criteria, qualifying parameters, and scoring methodology of tenders to improve bid competitiveness and compliance.
3. Prepare and review technically compliant techno-commercial proposals for Utility across global.
4. Prepare cost estimations, BOQ sheets, budgetary offers, technical compliance, deviation sheets, and commercial quotations as per tender requirements.
5. Conduct technical & commercial risk assessment, scenario analysis, and identify gaps, deviations, and mitigation plans before bid submission.
6. Provide timely inputs to Leadership team regarding technical compliance status, competition analysis, risk factors, commercial exposure, and bidding strategy for final price approval.
