Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Founder on operational and growth priorities
Own data end to end — build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports that actually get used
Map existing processes, identify what's broken or slow, and rebuild it cleaner
Document processes in a way that's easy for anyone to pick up and use
Set up automation to reduce repetitive work across ops, reporting, an...
