Position Summary The Executive Assistant to the Founder provides high-level administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure the Founder's time, attention, and priorities are protected and advanced.
This role is responsible for calendar and communications management, executive-level coordination, business administration, and selected HR/people‐operations tasks.
Operating within a fast‐paced e‐commerce business, the Executive Assistant must thrive in a dynamic environment with many moving parts—vendors, partners, customer needs, marketing initiatives, fulfillment coordination, and internal workflows.
