Moreton Capital Partners is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the CIO and leadership team to support daily operations and help scale a fast-growing quantitative hedge fund.

We are growing a global commodities investment platform powered by machine learning and institutional-grade infrastructure. The pace is fast, the team is lean, and priorities evolve quickly.

This role is designed to create leverage.

Your job is to remove friction, anticipate needs before they arise, and ensure leadership can focus on investing, research, and capital raising rather than administration.

Beyond traditional EA responsibilities, this role will also support talent acquisition and strategic initiatives as the firm grows, making it closer to an Operations Lead or Junior Chief of Staff trajectory over time.
