Executive Assistant @ PostScriptum

PostScriptum is Peter Sarlin’s founder’s office, focused on building and investing in AI-first companies for the long term. Peter Sarlin is the founder and Chairman of Foundation PS and PostScriptum, the cradle of NestAI, Qutwo and Silo AI (which was sold to AMD in 2024). Foundation PS supports AI research excellence in Finland and Europe through endowed professorships, including 13 professorships at the ELLIS Institute Finland. NestAI builds physical AI for Europe’s security, and Qutwo is a next‑gen AI lab for the quantum era. You can learn more about PostScriptum here.

The position

Full‑time, permanent. The start date is preferably at the beginning of August 2026, with a latest possible start in September. The role is based in the PostScriptum office in central Helsinki, requiring the assistant to be in the office most days. Occasional remote work is possible, but flexibility is essential.
