Key Responsibilities:
· Manage client onboarding, document collection, and verification.
· Conduct AML/KYC checks in line with UK regulatory standards.
· Perform company secretarial tasks.
· Draft professional emails and respond promptly to client enquiries.
· Communicate effectively with regulatory bodies and head office staff.
· Prepare reports, follow up on pending tasks, and coordinate administrative workflows.
· Prepare proposals and engagement documents and track their completion.
· Maintain organised records and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
· years' experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or company secretarial role, preferably in accounting or professional services.
