The Global Media & Entertainment, Advertising and Corporate Development Economics Team is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, growing organization. This is a Seattle based in-office EA role supporting multiple Directors.
You will have a proven track record of being able to make decisions quickly and accurately, ultimately driving impactful results for the business. You will also have the ability to understand the needs of their leaders quickly, while working with minimal supervision and perform at a high level of capacity, while exceeding expectations.
The team requires someone who looks around corners to plan ahead on behalf of the organization and who serves as a firm and steady anchor to ensure that the team remains customer focused while balancing the many different priorities that come into play on a daily basis.
