**About the Job**

This position will report into the **Global Head, Evidence for Access (E4A) — Specialty Care** , a critical function within Sanofi's Specialty Care organization. The E4A Specialty Care team serves as a valued strategic partner with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, R&D, and Global Market Access on the development and communication of health economic evidence, value dossiers, outcomes research, and payer-facing value strategies to support patient access to innovative therapies.

The Global E4A team works closely with affiliate teams worldwide to generate and disseminate robust health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) evidence, enabling payers, health technology assessment (HTA) bodies, and other decision-makers to recognize the value of Sanofi's specialty medicines.
