Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive email inboxes, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders
- Schedule internal and external meetings across multiple businesses
- Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting notes
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
