Key Responsibilities:
Property Acquisition & Due Diligence:
Identify potential properties for acquisition in key locations across India.
Conduct market research to assess property trends, rental yields, and competitive landscape in targeted regions.
Evaluate property offerings based on location, infrastructure, legal compliance, and overall suitability for holiday rentals.
