Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in processing consultant / doctor payment (updating schedule & invoice, process payment in OCBC, preparing schedule for subsequent month).
- Assist in preparing other doctor reporting, analysis, and updating doctor medical benefit.
- Assist in download & sending daily bank statement to Credit Control team & check clearance in bank upon request.
- Assist in key-in the daily credit card settlement to MBB & OCBC.
- Assisting in preparing reconciliation for In-transit credit card accounts (OCBC, PBB, CIMB & Amex).
- To monitor the clearance for the daily transaction & to report on any dispute to PIC for next action.
- Finance related analysis.
- Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Stock take exercise.
Job Requirement
- Minimum diploma / degree in Accounting or Part Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA/CIMA).
