Executive- accounts receivables

We are looking for an Accounts Receivables Executive with 3–4 years of experience to join our FP&A team in Bangalore. The role involves end-to-end receivables management, collections, reporting, and compliance, with a strong focus on DSO reduction, debtor hygiene, GST accuracy, bank guarantees, TDS reconciliations, and ECL provisioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receivables & sales accounting in ERP.
- Drive collections, credit control, and ageing analysis.
- Monitor bank guarantees, treasury operations, cashflow forecasting, and working capital.
- Support hedging, forex accounting, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle TDS reconciliations, ECL provisioning, and audit documentation.
- Ensure smooth month-end and year-end closures.
Qualifications:
- B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA (Inter).
- SAP experience is a must.
- Experience in manufacturing setup preferred; IEPS industry exposure is a plus.
