SCOPE OF WORK:

1/ Arranging for shipping documents :

• Arranging shipping documents in the soonest time after vessel sailed according to document instructions from the pre-shipment team or closely contact shippers to ensure proper shipping documents are completed in the shortest time.

+ Filling Certificate of original, ICO forms base on B/L details and shipping instruction.+ Declare C.O, ICO on Ministry of Industry and Trade.+ Declare Phytosanitary certificate on the system of Plant Quarantine Protection.+ Checking all Certificates : Fumigation Cert, Weight/Quality Cert, Health Cert, …+ Following and contacting shippers to get original shipping documents as required according to document instructions for Bonded WH shipments.+ Getting approval t...
