Position Summary

The Execution Feedback Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across Falcon Farms by managing, analyzing, and communicating execution feedback from both virtual and in-field audits. This role helps ensure field execution aligns with Falcon Farms standards, customer expectations, and training initiatives by identifying trends, measuring compliance, and providing actionable insights to leadership teams.

The analyst is responsible for maintaining audit programs, providing reporting and dashboards, coordinating virtual audit assignments, and partnering with field leadership to improve consistency in execution across all customers and regions.

This position requires strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings in a clear and professional manner.
