Excavator Operator

We are seeking experienced Civil Excavator Operators to join established civil contractors working across a range of infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to be part of a strong pipeline of work covering bulk earthworks, subdivision development, and detailed drainage operations.

You’ll be working in well‑organised crews on varied sites where precision, efficiency, and teamwork are key.

What’s on offer

• $32–$35/hr for mid-level operators
• $35–$43/hr for senior / experienced / final trim operators
