We’re looking for an Excavator Operator to join our road maintenance team in Masterton. You’ll operate excavators across a range of civil and roading works, support drainage, pavement and site preparation activities, and work closely with the crew to deliver safe, efficient outcomes, helping us deliver essential road maintenance and keep the region’s roads safe and well maintained.

This role is focused on hands‑on excavator operation across a range of site activities, including earthworks, trenching, loading trucks, site preparation, and other tasks as required. You’ll be responsible for operating excavation machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring all work is completed to project specifications and in line with health and safety requirements.
