Ex-NTP Teacher

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring to pupils and students ranging from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan, deliver, and report on lessons, and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Support a team within the SEND Support Team to maintain a cohesive support environment.
• Participate in CPD and employee mentoring via the TES CPD suite and professional mentor access.
• Contribute to community and company events, sharing knowledge and resources.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma‑informed way.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
