Evidence Custodian/Casefile Manager

Amentum is currently seeking an Evidence Custodian/Casefile Manager based in Forest Park, GA. This position will help support exploitation missions both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) via deployment.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Monitor forensic laboratory cases received. Interact closely with all divisions, encompassing the work of scientific professionals and administrative employees. Maintain surveillance of workload and programs in progress throughout the laboratory.
+ Complete daily tasks with little to no supervision while keeping the lead advised of unusual situations and potential problem areas. Recommend courses of action and/or conclusive actions, when needed.
+ Monitor laboratory workload. Collect and maintain data related to customer service quality including productivity, timeliness, and level of customer satisfaction.
