Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the client and its products/services during trade shows and industry events.
• Support booth operations, ensuring a professional and organized experience for visitors and partners.
• Coordinate and assist with meetings at the booth, including scheduling, welcoming attendees, and follow-ups.
• Provide on-site support to the manager and team throughout the event, assisting with operational and logistical needs.
• Engage with visitors, buyers, and stakeholders, sharing information and directing opportunities to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with general event activities as needed to ensure smooth execution of the mission and client objectives.
