Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and bringing people together? Beds SU is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events & Engagement Coordinator to help deliver an exciting, inclusive programme of student events and activities.

In this hands‑on, student‑facing role, you’ll plan and coordinate a wide range of social opportunities, support student societies to thrive, and play a key role in creating a vibrant campus community. You’ll work closely with students to shape activities, ensuring our offer reflects their interests and encourages participation from across our diverse student body.

You’ll be at the heart of our events programme—supporting everything from event planning and promotion to on‑the‑day delivery—while also acting as a key contact for student groups, helping them run engaging, safe and successful activities.
