About the role

Organised and proactive manager to plan and deliver charter and themed cruises. Work closely with clients, ship teams, and internal departments to ensure every cruise runs smoothly and delivers a great guest experience.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and manage charter and themed cruise projects from planning through delivery
• Work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all cruise requirements are met
• Keep project plans, schedules, and administration up to date
• Attend meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Support onboard operations during charter cruises when required
