About the Role

Sunlight Hotels & Resorts is looking for an Events Coordinator to manage the on-property coordination and execution of events, weddings, and group stays. This role ensures all events are delivered according to plan and that operational teams are properly coordinated.

This is a property-based role (resort assignment).

Position Summary

The Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all confirmed events and groups onsite, ensuring smooth execution from arrival to departure. This role acts as the bridge between Sales and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Event Execution

• Review Banquet Event Orders prior to events
• Coordinate event requirements with all departments
• Ensure setups match approved BEO details
• Monitor event timelines and execution
