Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Assistant to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.
 Main Responsibilities 
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal events from concept to completion.
Assisting the event leads with creative concepts of external brand events (as needed).
Assist event leads in the execution and day-of event support of external brand events (as needed).
Research and liaise with venues, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating competitive rates and maintaining strong relationships.
Support budget tracking by maintaining expense records.
