We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join the team at Belsonic , one of Belfast’s biggest live music events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of major concerts and festivals.

Key Responsibilitie

• Assisting with crowd management and customer support
• Checking tickets and directing attendees
• Supporting bar, merchandise, or hospitality teams where required
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming event environment
• Responding professionally to customer queries and issues
• Following all health & safety and event procedures
• Working closely with supervisors and security teams during live events
