Assists with the development and implementation of special events. Facilitates production of events by communicating with vendors, guests, internal staff and customers.

+ Coordinate details and plan logistics with customers for their events.
+ Assist in day-to-day operations including: answering phones, booking events, meeting with clients, and coordinating support staff activities.

+ Manage inquiries regarding events from clients.

**Schedule Details:**

M-F: 8am-5pm; overtime and travel as needed
