Event Specialist

Job Description

Responsible for supporting end-to-end event operational readiness and coordination to ensure smooth event preparation and execution. This role manages operational setup, procurement coordination, logistics movement, warehouse and asset management, crew coordination, and on-site operational support across pre-event, event day, and post-event activities.

• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good project management and time management skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight timelines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
• Experience handling inventory systems, logistics, and warehouse management is a plus
