Event Specialist (18-Month Contract)

Overview

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes), one of Canada’s largest and most successful law firms, is looking for a Event Specialist to join the Client Relations & Marketing department in the Calgary office. This position is an 18-month contract. Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Event Specialist will collaborate with national teams and stakeholders to develop and execute memorable, high-impact client programs, events, and experiences that strengthen client relationships and support the Firm’s business development objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the national Client Relations & Marketing team, legal professionals and other stakeholders to develop memorable, unique client events and experiences, including seminars, receptions, dinners and special events, and providing support for tradeshows, conferences, galas and sponsorships.
