Event Sales Manager (Wedding Planner)

We are looking for a passionate & creative Event Sales Manager (Wedding Planner) to join our Sales & Marketing Division.

Job Summary

• Develop and manage wedding sales, from inquiries to event execution.
• Build relationships with wedding planners, bridal agencies, and couples.
• Create tailored wedding proposals and packages to exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless, luxurious wedding experiences.
• Represent the resort at bridal shows and industry events.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in event / wedding planning / sales, preferably in luxury hotel or resort setting.
• Fluent in oral and written English, local dialects, and Mandarin an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
