Event Product Manager

KEY RESPONSIBITILES:

1. IP & Product Development

- Conceptualize and build strong, scalable IPs with clear differentiation and audience value.

- Develop ancillary events and spin-offs to strengthen brand association and longevity.

- Ensure every IP has a defined multi-year growth roadmap and sustainability model.

- Own the Product Deck creation – ensuring clarity, creativity, and commercial relevance.

2. Business Planning & Profitability

- Drive achievement of minimum 25% profitability targets for each IP through strategic planning and cost management.

- Oversee PnL feasibility for each product/event — from ideation to execution.

- Evaluate product saleability, audience potential, and monetization avenues across sponsorships, ticketing, and partnerships.
