Job Description
- Execute setup and teardown of event spaces, including furniture arrangement, décor placement, and equipment handling
- Take ownership of event floorplans, ensuring layouts are executed accurately for both small- and large-scale events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event and dining areas before, during, and after service
- Provide real-time operational support during events to ensure seamless execution
- Reset spaces quickly and efficiently between events or service periods
- Support restaurant operations during non-event hours, including bussing tables, clearing dishware, and resetting tables
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned spaces and ensure readiness without direction
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas
- Work closely with front-of-house, kitchen, and event teams to support overall service flow
