Host / Marshal Role

We are recruiting for a split customer‑facing role as Host and Marshal.

Responsibilities

• Host responsibilities: greeting and registering drivers; conducting group briefings; commentating on races and waving flags; giving race‑improving tips; refuelling customers with food and drink from the snack bar; meeting team sales targets; upselling merchandise, offers, events and memberships; ensuring events are hassle‑free; contributing to sales and mystery visit targets.
• Marshal responsibilities: checking karts comply with strict health and safety guidelines at shift start; test‑driving karts for mechanics; helping customers into karts and with their race suits and helmets; checking the grid before the start of a race; marshalling events; waving flags to keep customers safe; assisting those who spin off back into the action.
