Event Helper

Event days: Tues - Thurs
Timing: 10am-4pm
Venue: Will be deployed to Yishun, Sembawang, Woodlands, Bukit Panjang, Bukit Timah depending on roadshow

Main Duties:

• Assist in setup of tables, chairs, banners.
• Register jobseekers into system records.
• Guide employers to their allocated table and assist them in setting up banner.
• Support crowd control and queue management during events.
• Guide jobseekers to interview areas.

Requirements:

• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to stand and move around during events.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior event experience is an advantage but not required.
