The ideal candidate will bring exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to coordinate meeting & event logistics in a fast-paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with internal business leaders, vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver seamless and impactful experiences.
