Role Description

This is a full-time role for an on-site Event Coordinator at Kitonga Garden Resort, located in Machakos. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing events, managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and staff, and ensuring that events run smoothly. They will also communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain strong client relationships. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales efforts, managing budgets, and addressing any challenges to ensure successful events. This role requires close collaboration with the hospitality team to deliver memorable experiences.
