Location: Gurgaon (On-site)
Experience: 6 months - 1.5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing discussions, pre-sale negotiations, and ensure seamless execution post project confirmation.
- Maintain and update project trackers regularly to ensure real-time visibility of progress and status.
- Support account managers and sales teams by providing inputs on pricing, timelines, and project-related details.
- Assist in creating pitch presentations and conduct research as required to support business proposals.
- Visit vendors, project sites, or event locations during execution to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to overall project success as required
- Any other relevant task as and when assigned.
