We’re looking for a hands‑on and reliable team member to join us at The Timber Space — a boutique event, hospitality, and coworking space in KL.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, events, customer interaction, and operational work in a fast‑paced environment.

Job Scope

• Handle WhatsApp enquiries and client communication
• Assist with venue walkthroughs and client viewings
• Support event setup and event‑day operations
• Assist with café/front‑of‑house operations
• Prepare coffee and beverages for guests
• Ensure venue cleanliness and readiness
• Support daily venue operations and coordination

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Friendly, responsible, and hands‑on
• Good communication and customer service skills
