Randstad is currently seeking several experienced APS4/5 Events and Logistics Officer to join a high-performing federal government team.

Position Description

• Provide administrative and logistical support for events, including preparing meeting materials, booking venues and equipment, arranging travel and accommodation, and assisting with catering and equipment requirements
• Maintain and update event tracking systems, specifically supporting the management of events within Microsoft Dynamics
• Support administrative, procurement, and finance workflows, including tracking and processing invoices and maintaining supplier records
• Maintain accurate records in strict alignment with information and records management requirements, including accurately saving files within the content manager
