Under the supervision of the Production Manager, the Supervisor organizes and oversees all production activities related to the department to which they are assigned.

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate production

Ensure that company policies, procedures, and regulations are followed

Enforce and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Enforce and ensure compliance with the HACCP and SQF programs

Ensure the efficient use of labor and equipment

Monitor performance indicators

Take action to achieve operational efficiency objectives

Participate in continuous improvement committees

Monitor raw material inventories for production across various departments 

Manage inventory distribution among the various warehouses to monitor available space in the production warehouse.
