Sienna is seeking a Medication Care Partner for part-time hours in the evening. You will deliver essential support for residents' health, safety, and overall well-being while also building meaningful relationships. Responsibilities include personal care, monitoring vitals, and assisting with daily living activities for seniors in a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities: • Administer medication per legislative policies • Assist residents with daily living activities • Monitor and document residents’ vitals and behavior • Escort residents to activities and appointments • Answer nursing call systems promptly
