Position Summary
This is a full‑time, permanent evening operator position. Working 4 × 10‑hour or 5 × 8‑hour shifts, the role will involve loaders, excavators, and a screening plant. Initial training will be on the dayshift for 2‑6 weeks before moving to a permanent nightshift. The role requires high autonomy and the ability to make on‑site decisions independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate site equipment including loaders, excavators, and screening plants
- Efficiently load and unload trucks
- Carry out minor maintenance on site equipment and liaise with contractors as required
- Use downtime productively to maintain site cleanliness and assist with additional operational tasks
