The Ashmolean Museum is seeking Evening Event Supervisors to oversee the safe and successful delivery of a wide range of evening events, including corporate functions, weddings, receptions, filming and University events. You will lead event operations on shift, coordinate event staff and contractors, and help ensure an exceptional experience for guests while safeguarding the Museum’s collections and spaces. You will supervise event set-up and breakdown, lead team briefings, liaise with clients and suppliers, respond to incidents, and maintain high standards of customer service, safety and professionalism throughout each event. This is a permanent variable hours (paid as claimed) post. You will be expected to commit to a minimum of four events per month, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with flexibility to support short-notice shifts as required.
